As transformational HR business leader with over 20 years of experience in the IT sector across EMEA, US and APAC, Stefan Tonnon has a strong focus on empowering diverse and successful HR teams to meet organizational objectives. Therefore, he puts the emphasis on a “Great Place to Work” philosophy and building high performance organizations. Stefan strongly believes the objective of enabling individuals to grow and reach their full potential, is achieved by listening, collaborating and coaching.
Stefan currently resides in Sweden, but has lived and worked in the US, Germany and the UK. This helped him to understand the multi-cultural environment which is key to drive a global company such as Insight
Wouter Torfs – CEO Schoenen Torfs
Wouter Torfs (1958) studied law at the KULeuven and added a master's degree at Ehsal Fiscale Hogeschool. At 28, he entered the family business as an assistant to the CEO. Under his leadership the store chain Schoenen Torfs grew from 26 to 73 stores with a rapidly growing webshop.
Wouter Torfs is more than a very capable CEO. His business and people vision resulted in a unique corporate culture. The result: Schoenen Torfs won the prize of Best Employer seven times, and the chain was voted Best Retailer in Belgium.
